I run Sitr, a small UK brand making awrah-covering shorts for men. I started this blog to share practical advice on staying covered while training, swimming and playing sport, whatever you wear.

When I mention Sitr, I'll always say so. If a product isn't right for a particular sport, I'll say that too.
